KCJM privacy policy incorporates the 10 internationally recognized principles.

KCJM is responsible for the personal information under our control and has designated a Privacy Officer who is accountable for compliance with our Privacy Policy. We also require that comparable protection of personal information is in place with any third parties used by us to process such information.

2. Restricted file access to personal information;
3. Deploying technological safeguards such as security software and firewalls
to prevent hacking or unauthorized computer access;

Principle #8: Challenging Compliance
 
You will be able to address your concerns regarding KCJM compliance with the above principles to our Privacy Officer. We will take the steps necessary to resolve the issue, including amending our Privacy Policy and practices, if necessary.
